New Challenge at Glitternsparkle

Welcome to this weeks challenge at Glitternsparkle 

The theme this week is christmas colours traditional or modern 

I used images from Sunsational Stamps 

 Here are my cards 

For the top card i cut out the pyjamas in a lovely christmassy tartan for each of them 

Rest of it was coloured with promarkers .

Papers free online. 

On the bottom Card i cut out all the pieces 

i used a free background paper 

then i added some angel hair to the background 

i also added some snowflakes . 

New Challenge at glitternsparkle

This Week at Glitternsparkle it is our Third Birthday

We are having a blog hop 

To Celebrate we want you to show us lots of glitternsparkle 

so glitter, charms , gems etc the more the merrier . 

For my first Card i used an image called Fancy Chibi from Bugaboo 

I used my promarkers to colour my image
I added glamour dust to give some sparkle to the feather Boa and a little on her hair
I matted red card n Silver Sparkly card onto a square blank .
I punched either side of a red panel with an ek sucess punch
Then added a punched bow a sentiment and 5 red pearls

For my Second card i used a Bugaboo image called Pretty flower girl

I used my promarkers to colour her,
I sprinkled glitter in her hair 
I put her onto a card blank embossed with daisies 
I popped a gem into the centre of several Daisies and added a sentiment .

New Challenge at Glitternsparkle

New Challenge at Glitternsparkle 

This weeks Challenge is to use a Punch or a die cut 

For this i used a fab image from oddball art called Frazzled Fran Needs her Coffee 

I chopped the edge off an 8 x 8 card blank 

I covered the rest of the card front with coffee coloured pearlescent card 

I cut an edge with a piece of the same card and a sue wilson Die 

I drew a styrofoam coffee cup and cut the label in the same cardstock as the rest of the front. 

I coloured my image with Promarkers then glued it to the label 

I added the styrofoam cup with sticky pads 

I matted the sentiment on card cut with a sue wilson die and matted it under the rim .

I added 3 diamontes to top and bottom edge .

Today at glitternsparkle we have a new Challenge for you. 

Our Theme is Something beginning with G  .

eg Green, Grey, Gold, Glitter, gems etc 

for my First Project i used Dancing Elf from sls lines

I coloured it with promarkers ,

I added glitter to the fur parts ,

I added a gold top using Card ,

I punched out and wrote a sentiment label, 

I used a bottle shaped card blank and bottle label type backing paper 

 For my second Project i used Fae 3 from Morgans Artworld

Coloured with promarkers ,

I used a card blank embossed with dots 

I cut around my image and added it on foam pads 

I added 3 coloured flowers and a couple of leaves to the bottom corner 

I added a sentiment to the top corner 

I added glitter to the flower centres.

I used pink card embossed with hearts 

gold peel offs too.

i matted and layered my image onto green card. 

I die cut 2 black shapes 

i used some halloween design papers 

I added the word boo and a couple of spiders plus a skeleton. 

and a witch charm.

I used a fabulous image from Ike's Art called Geranium Basket 

I coloured it in using my promarkers 

Then i added some gold glamour Dust in highlighted areas to give it some sparkle 

I used a 6 x 6 card blank cut half the front off

I matted and layered blue card and pink floral paper on to the front 

I did the same on the inside 

I matted and layered my flower basket onto blue then 

I then fixed it approx half way down the front and part way across .

I added 3 buttons to the top right and 3 to the bottom Left .

Hi there we have a new challenge for you today at glitternsparkle ,

Our Theme this Week is Buttons 

I used a lovely image from Digi Blessings at Stitchy Bear it is called Snow Baby  

I used a card blank that was embossed with a button design .

I coloured in his hat n scarf and shaded his body around the edges with promarkers 

I stuck 3 buttons down the right hand side , 

I coloured matted and layered the sentiment then put a button in each corner and put it at an angle.

Gift for a friend

Well here it is a project i made for a lovely friend of mine 

The wreath was from a set of 6 . 3 circle and 3 heart shapes from Ali Reeve . 
The buttons came from ebay via china.
The ribbons were from my stash . 
I painted the base shape then glued on all the buttons. 
I added an eyelet and a piece of ribbon.

Challenge 131 at glitter n sparkle .

Today at glitternsparkle we have a new Challenge for you .

Our theme is anything goes so you can do anything . 

My First Project uses a lovely image from Ike's Art called Gramaphone. 

My grandfather used to tell me about his gramaphone when i was a child. 

I used a Scalloped circle Card , 

I punched a large circle from Silver card 

I added a doiley from my stash . 

I coloured my image with promarkers 

Then i punched it out in a circle shape and adhered it in the centre of the doiley. 

I added a silver Happy birthday greeting then added musical notes around the edge

My second project used an image from Patties Creations called 3 vintage Mannequins . 

I used a card blank cut by my friend chris 

I coloured it with promarkers 

I mounted it onto mirror  card 

I stuck assorted patterned papers with stitching flowers etc on to my blank . 

I stuck the image in the centre at the top. 

I added metal scissor embellishments and small coloured pins to the top panel 

I added 2 shaped buttons and a greetings panel to the bottom panel

The challenge at Glitternsparkle this week is to decorate the inside and outside of your card . 

My first image is from Fitztown and is called Teddy 5 

I used a Craft card blank 8 x 8 

Papers are from a nitwits pad that was a magazine freebie ages ago.
