Challenge 71 at glitter n sparkle

Challenge 71 at Glitter N Sparkle 

I used a gorgeous image from Coosty Creations called Key to My Heart it's available from Stitchy bear stamps here 

I used a 8 x 8 blank from the range 

I printed one of the papers from the pack and covered the outside and the inside .

I matted the Key onto a piece of gold card and punched some gold hearts and some red glitter card hearts 

I punched a heart border with my Martha stewart punch down each side of my red strip of card then added the gold hearts along the strip.

I added the glitter hearts around the key and matted a sentiment on to gold card. 

I printed a poem / verse called Key to my Heart and added it in the centre inside the card . 

Gold peel offs were added around all the edges .

Challenge 71 at Glitter n Sparkle 

Today we have a new challenge at glitternsparkle .

Our Theme this week is Valentines / add some Red 

I Used a fab image from Bugaboo called Roses Block 

I used an 8 x 8 card blank from the range 

I matted a piece of kanban music notes card on to it 

I used a nestie cut from red glitter card and matted my rose block on to it . I coloured it with some sakura glitter pens .

I punched a border down each long side of a strip of white card 

I added silver peel offs round the edges 

I punched 3 Martha Stewart Monarch Butterflies from red craftwork cards paper then stuck them on the strip i added a pearl to each one . 

I cut a small red glitter rectangle and matted my be my valentine on to it .

New Challenge at Glitternsparkle

Welcome to our new challenge at glitter n sparkle 

We have 5 fab sponsors all offering great prizes .

For this i had a fab image from Lacy Sunshine 

Image is Bubbles Snowflakes  coloured with promarkers .

Pink snowflake papers from Craftwork Cards 

2 white panels embossed with a baubles and a snow embossing folder .

Silver border Peel offs from the range 

Snowflakes and bauble coated in glossy accents and sprinkled with glamour dust. 

For my second projects 

My second Projects used two images from QKR Stampede 

I used Santa and Tangled Santa 

Coloured them with promarkers. 

I painted a pine chalk board green , added 2 wooden reindeer and trees i painted and gemmed .

I added some snow writer to the beards and fur trim etc and sprinkled with glamourdust 

Then i added them to the corners of the board .

Snowflakes are blingy table decorations from asda. 

Matching card has backing papers from Craftwork Cards 

Images done same as on the chalkboard 

Punched 5 snowflakes added them in bottom corner them added a gem in the centre .

The Theme this challenge is to make it sparkle 

so grab your glitter and your gems and all your other bling and get creating . You know you want to. 

For this challenge i had a fab image called Wood Elfing 

I coloured it with Promarkers 

I glittered her trousers and belt and button on her shoe.

Backing paper from apack from the range 

flowers and leaves from a friend 

Pearl in the middleof flowers  from ebay 

Gemmed floral flourish etc from local market

 This is my project 

My image is Winter Home with birdhouse from inky inspirations 

Coloured with Promarkers 

I used snow writer on the snowy bits and sprinkled it with glamour dust . 

I made a cube and fixed the image on the front and snowflake stickers on all the sides 

Then i filled it with candy canes.

My Second image is Trust me I'm a Doctor from Alipeeps Art at Stitchy Bear stamps 

For this i made a tardis card loosely based on a template from Here   by Valita 

I then googled an image for inside 

I pasted the image to the inside and pasted a piece of black ribbon at the top to hang my tag from 

Image coloured with promarkers then attatched to a tag then the ribbon.

Welcome to a new challenge at glitternsparkle

This week we have a fab Theme of tag it add or make a tag

I had 2 lovely images this weeks 

My first image is Doodle Deer from Stitchy at Stitchy Bear Stamps 

For this i decided to make a Norwegian mail box with tags . 

 I found the template and idea here ages ago on Lena Katrine's blog and fell in love with it . 

I printed and coloured my image 7 times .

I spread some glue and sprinkled with glamour dust 

I cut 7 mats from a spellbinders  die 

Paper printed by a friend 

Lid was cut with a large scalloped square nestie 

mat on lid was embossed with a snowflake folder then cut with a smaller straight square die i added gems to the centre of each snowflake . Each deer has a pink gem eye too.

Gems were from the range 

One image  went on the front and the other 6 had holes punched and purple ribbon from my stash threaded .
